The Vive Home Transformations team is dedicated to creating a home remodeling experience that our clients actually enjoy – we promise it’s possible! We invite you to review the step-by-step summary of our process below. You might notice construction is late in the process – and it’s true! Our team puts a lot of energy into the preconstruction, or construction planning, process to ensure everything goes smoothly once work begins. That’s a big part of what sets us apart from other contractors – in addition to our talented, experienced in-house carpentry.

Introductions
Every great relationship starts with getting to know each other. We take the time to learn about you and your remodeling vision. We also introduce ourselves, our process, and how it applies to your project, whether a single-room makeover, addition or large-scale transformation.

Onsite Visit
We come to your home to measure and evaluate your space, better understand what you want to change and why, and together, brainstorm solutions that will make you fall in love with your home all over again.

Financing Decisions
We provide a concept budget to help you plan. If needed, we can offer referrals and other support in your search for a trusted financial partner.

Your Preconstruction Agreement
We officially begin our partnership. You commit to us, and in turn, we dedicate our estimating and design professionals and construction schedule to your renovation.

Designing Your Transformation
Our in-house team designs your remodel. We walk you through selections for everything, from flooring and cabinetry to lighting and more – whatever interior and/or exterior elements your project encompasses.

Expert Consultation
We schedule site visits with as-needed experts including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and insulation to ensure these systems will work efficiently once your home is transformed.

Managing Your Budget
Throughout the design process, we review your budget to ensure we’re on track.  We provide options that empower you to make informed decisions about how your budget is allocated. We also work with our partners to establish expectations for construction.

Signing Your Remodeling Agreement
Once design and selections are complete, we finalize pricing and sign an agreement to begin construction.

Transforming Your Home
Construction begins! Your project manager becomes your primary contact, providing frequent updates and answering your questions. He directs our team and trusted partners to ensure the project progresses seamlessly, on schedule and on budget. Our in-house carpenters – many who have more than 20 years of experience – are masters of remodeling, handling everything from demolition to detailed finish work.
