Traditional Style Basement

This traditional style basement finish was designed to match the existing home built by Vive Home Transformations’ sister division Brio Design Homes. The layout includes a bedroom that is used as a home office, a full bathroom, a family room and a wet bar.

The wet bar features cabinetry in a Dark Azure finish, quartz countertops in Harbor, Cosmo Raindrops tile backsplash and a beverage fridge with cabinet front.

The fireplace is a highlight of the family room, with a Golden Honey stacked stone and shiplap surround and a Douglas Fir timber mantel.

The bathroom features cabinetry in a Clay finish with quartz countertop in Harbor and a tile shower.
