Master Bathroom Remodel

This master bathroom renovation is the second project Vive Home Transformations completed for this Middleton client, having finished their basement a couple of years prior.

In the design phase, the layout was reconfigured to shift the shower from the toilet room to the main bathroom. Walls were demolished and then reconstructed around a smaller toilet room, to which a pocket door was installed.

Vive then built a new, larger shower. A half wall with wainscoting matches the cabinetry and glass and brings in natural light. Shower tile was selected to complement the existing soaking tub and floor tile, a combination of white subway and black hexagonal for accents, including a foot niche for shaving.

Increased lighting illuminates the new, Maple cabinetry in White Icing and quartz countertops in Britannica, contrasted by matte black hardware. New paint, mirrors and sinks completed the more functional, relaxing escape.
